This apartment serves as the ideal setting for an adventure with your couple or just a friend. You will stay in style in this recently renovated property that boasts lavish furnishings and a modern vibe. Nestled in a calm block on the ground floor of a building, you will be in awe of this property upon arrival. As you enter the apartment through the gorgeous living room, you will find that the exposed brick, creating a stunning contemporary space. Wooden beams and hidden lights soften this amazing space.

The 55’’ flat-screen TV has access to smart TV and Netflix, There is a spacious comfortable sofa that can seat four people and a modern coffee table.

The large wooden dining table seats comfortably four people and it can be used even for a dinner or as a working area.

The galley kitchen is brand new and completely furnished with top-brand stainless steel appliances: cookware, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.
When you are not dining at one of nearest restaurants, you can prepare a home-cooked meal in the galley kitchen, which features top-brand, stainless steel appliances.
On warm days enjoy your meal al fresco at the private backyard’s small dining table.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large closet, bedside tables, and a casement windows overlooking the lemon orchard.

You will have an entire place for your own private use. The space is clean, private, and safe. You will not have exposure to anyone during your stay.

Other things to note
The price includes the house cleaning fee, 13% VAT, the Climate Resilience Fee (formerly accommodation tax) of €8 per night during the summer period (April 1st to October 31st) and €2 per night during the winter period (November 1st to March 31st), as well as a 0.5% contribution on the net booking value in favor of the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO).

All taxes and fees are included and applied in accordance with current Greek legislation, including Law 2859/2000 (VAT Code), Law 4389/2016 (GNTO contribution), and Law 5073/2023 (Climate Resilience Fee).
