With 4 to 5 m (13-15ft) ceilings, it spans 175 sq m (1900 sq ft) offering a large living room, a dining room an open floor kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Contemporary art and crafts, design furniture and lighting from Greece, Italy, Denmark, Peru and Lebanon make this place an exclusive and serene destination.

The space
Located at the Gazi area, the house is 30’ on foot from Acropolis’ entrance passing through all the main archeological sites. It’s a very short stroll from the Kerameikos subway station, Technopolis and the Benaki Museum as well as walking distance from destination restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
This unique Airbnb accommodation is the perfect choice for those seeking comfort, style, and relaxation. Featuring a thoughtfully designed interior that blends modern touches with classic aesthetics, it offers spacious areas, a fully equipped kitchen, three cozy but spacious bedrooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, the house has a Scandinavian styled dining area for five with a Saarinen table, Philip Stark chairs and a Louis Poulsen light. The Italian styled living room hosts a classic camaleonda couch by B&B Italia, a limited-edition coffee table, designer lamps, a 1990s Bang & Olufsen sound system and an LG flat screen smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances. The space bathes in light year-round thanks to a purpose-built glass ceiling. A small bedroom and bathroom complete a ground floor.

The beautiful private garden hosts a 100-year-old lemon tree, a young ficus elastica, subtropical plants such as a banana tree and a strelitzia, monsteras, ferns, and a small collection of cacti. Classic Fermob Luxembourg chairs and tables provide comfort a colorful tone.

The first floor has two large bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and side tables. The guest bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and offers access to a small balcony overlooking the garden. The two bedrooms share a funky high ceiling bathroom with a walk in shower.

On the ground floor the ceiling height is up to 4 m (13 ft) whilst on the first floor the roof beams culminate at 4m70 (15ft) underlining the neoclassical character of the house. Concrete white painted floors with underfloor heating refer to contemporary gallery spaces. Satellite internet with a mesh Wi-Fi system offer connections up to 230 Mbps throughout the house. Heating and hot water are provided thanks to a gas fired boiler. Daikin A/Cs are installed throughout the house for the summer months. The lights are fully controllable by Philips Hue and can create any kind of desired ambience.

A fully stocked kitchen awaits with features like Nespresso for the coffee connoisseurs. The living space displays simple deco with original features a hint that “Less is More” . Bright colors are serene, neutral and comfort is the standard. Wall-to-wall windows flood the space with natural light.

The space
This maisonette is a perfect place for people who are seeking a simple way of life and value sustainability and preservation of original features in a 1970s building with all modern comforts.

On the ground floor 6th there are three bedrooms and 1 bath with shower and tub. There is enough space to comfortably accommodate 6 people. There is also a small remote workstation along with the marble stairs and a laundry room as well.
Up, on the 7th level, there is a spacious living room with a corner sofa and a walnut traditional bar. A modern and fully equipped kitchen with an antique dining area, all surrounded with large windows that fill the home with sunlight all day. A small bathroom completes the 7th floor.

We have opted to create an allergen-free environment. This means there are no feathers, down, or carpeting in our home. All windows have electric roller shutters to enable privacy and comfort.

The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with an over 200 sqm tilled deck offering both a lounge and small dining area. There’s even enough space for your yoga practice. The sunny backyard is perfect for an evening of stargazing and a glass of wine.
